Eight Sleep’s Week of Giving: Terms & Conditions
For the second year in a row, we’re reigning in the holiday spirit with a member-exclusive Week of Giving. To show gratitude for the sleep fitness community, we’re gifting members with some of our favorite wellness products when they share the love of the Pod.
Starting From November 13th - November 19th, we will give Eight Sleep members (subscribers only) daily opportunities to take home some of our favorite premium wellness products (valued up to $4,000 USD per day) to continue fueling their performance.
Each day of the week we will announce the gift of the day, which Eight Sleep members can enter to win by sharing their referral link with 3 friends. Once your friends open your exclusive offer, you enter the running for that day’s gift. Every day’s winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entrants.
You can enter the Week of Giving as many days as you want for more opportunities to win the best gifts of the season. Eligible entries for each day will be counted from 10 AM ET - midnight ET.

- Share with friends: Share your referral link with three friends. Your link will give them a discount off the Pod every day. You can find your link directly in the Eight Sleep app – just tap “Refer” in the main menu.
- Gain entries: Once your three friends open your link, you’ll be entered in the running for the gift of the day. Note: Entry must be completed between the hours of 10 AM ET - midnight ET each day to be considered eligible. Plus, for every friend who purchases a Pod, you will get a $100 gift card to our favorite health brands.
- Stay tuned for the winner: At the end of the week, we will announce the winner of the day on our X account.
- Repeat for more chances to win: Share with friends daily for a chance to win something every day.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions
As a Referral member (a "Referrer"), you are subject to Eight Sleep's Privacy Policy (available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Eight Sleep's Referral program:
WHEN WE COLLECT DATA
Verified Qualified Referrals
A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase of an Eight Sleep Pod made at www.eightsleep.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking your Referral program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. Eight Sleep may delay your Reward for the purposes of fraud prevention and investigation up to 120 days. Rewards are typically paid out after 60 days of the purchase being completed by the Referred Customer.
Referred Customer
The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The referral offer may only be combined with select on site offers as determined by Eight Sleep, and is subject to change at any time.
Referral Rewards
For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order greater than $1,500 in total value, minus all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3rd party fees.
Reward Payments
Rewards are payable in increments of $100. The maximum Qualified Referrals earned per calendar year may be no more than 100 Qualified Referrals. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
Eligibility
Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Eight Sleep's Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in Eight Sleep's sole discretion. Please contact bizdev@eightsleep.com if you are interested in our Affiliate program.
No Spam
You must comply with all up-to-date "SPAM" laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Eight Sleep's Referral program.
Right to Close Accounts
Eight Sleep reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Eight Sleep Referral program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms
Eight Sleep reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
