Pod System Alerts: what they are and what to do about them

This page covers automated system alerts and explains what they mean + what to do if you receive one. If you’re here, it means that our system alerted us to an unusually high number of refill requests on your device recently. Don't worry though! We'll walk you through what this means and what to do about it. 

What does this mean?

The Pod’s backend systems alerted us to an unusually high number of refill requests and/or priming sessions. This can indicate that your Pod may not be working as intended and you may be noticing issues with temperature control or something else.

What should I do next?

  • If the temperature or humidity in your room has changed recently, If the temperature or humidity in your room has changed recently, it is possible our backend alert is a false alarm due to increased evaporation from the reservoir in your Hub.
  • Check around and under the Hub and water cord for any wet spots, which would indicate a leak. If you see or feel liquid, please contact us using the links below so our support team can assist you right away.
  •  Remove your sheets and unzip the Active Grid cover from the Mattress. Check for any kinks, bulges, wet spots, or dry stains. Make sure you straighten out any kinks or bulges - see here for assistance. If you see anything which might indicate a leak (wet spots or dry stains), please contact us using the links below so our support team can assist you right away.
